Chen Fu Hua graduated from the Luxing Academy of Fine Arts in 1963 and moved on to work as an art editor and graphic designer. In 1988, he joined the Liaoning Artists’ Association and was appointed the supervisor of the master auditorium. He is also a member of the Chinese Artists’ Association and a council member of the Liaoning Artists’ Association. He has been continuing with his artistic work for the past 53 years.
His works utilises the methods of western art techniques, mostly foraying into painting the beauty of nature such as waves and lilacs, and of animals. His in-depth knowledge of colour theory shows in his expert use of shades and hues in his paintings, making them look mesmerisingly realistic and could even be mistaken for photographs.
Over hundreds of his works have been collected globally; namely, Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, USA, Singapore, and China. Furthermore, his biography was officially recorded in the Chinese Art and Cultural Journal, of which he was also made an advisory member for this particular editorial.
