Cachero seeks to delight people by presenting ordinary images in visually interesting ways. Under Cachero's hand, trees, architecture, vehicles, leaves and flowers, faces and even matchsticks are suffused with detail and colour.
Enrique Cachero has a fine arts degree from the College of Fine Arts & Design of the University of Santo Tomas. He enjoyed a prominent and awarded career in advertising, producing graphic design and multimedia, and founded an animation studio which received recognition for several animation series’ concepts. In his retirement, he returned to his first love - painting.
In 2012, Cachero mounted his first one man exhibit. Well received by peers, critics and patrons, Cachero has not let go of the brush since.
